Aaron Utley

President, Class of 2021

Aaron is a Little Rock native. He is currently a part of the second class of the EMPS program. Last year he held the Communications Coordinator position in the OSGA and was elected president this year.

Aaron has been employed at Verizon Wireless in Little Rock, Arkansas for the last 10 years. Most recently, he manages operational performances and budgets for corporate retail stores within the Central Arkansas district. Aaron also owns a small business working with small and local companies in creating and advertising creative content online through multiple social media platforms.

Aaron is married to wife Loren Utley. They have four children: Lexie (11), Sophia (7), Katherine (14 mos.), and Eleanor (7 weeks). Aaron and his wife participate in various activities with their children, including gymnastics, school projects and events, and even coaching softball.

Rinda Hall

2nd Year Representative, Class of 2021

Rinda Hall is the Program Coordinator for Site Support at EAST Initiative. She is currently a part of the second class of the EMPS program.

Rinda graduated from UA Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications and from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business education.

Rinda’s past roles helps bring a variety of ideas and experience to OSGA. In the past she has served as the vice president for Business Images & Graphics, Inc., Director of Purchasing and Inventory for Commissioner of State Lands, and Public Affairs Coordinator and Board of Directors Treasurer for Arkansas Center of Public Affairs.

Rinda loves working with schools, traveling, and supporting education.

Paige Anderson

1st Year Representative, Class of 2022

Paige Anderson was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Little Rock. During her time at UALR, Paige served on the University Curriculum review board and interned as a speechwriter for Lt. Governor Winston Bryant. She served as the Executive Director for the Saline County Democratic Party and worked for Southern Strategy Group in Little Rock, serving on multiple political campaigns including President Clinton’s first presidential campaign.

Paige currently serves as the Executive Director for Keep Mesquite Beautiful and Volunteer Program coordinator for the City of Mesquite, Texas. She holds certificates in Nonprofit Leadership (Southern Methodist University), in Volunteer Administration (CVA), and Community Behavior Change (Keep America Beautiful). She has served on the Board of Directors for Keep Texas Beautiful and has taught strategic planning and non-profit management on both the state and national levels.

Paige is a mother of two daughters, Sarah (21) and Hannah (19) who are both in college. She is an avid sailor and loves to be near the water.

Klein Mitchell

Communications Coordinator, Class of 2022

Klein Mitchell is a native of Marianna, AR. She is a 2018 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she majored in public relations. While attending UCA she began her community advocacy and nonprofit work by competing in pageants.

Most recently she represented Arkansas at the Miss Earth USA pageant in 2019. She has received many awards during her pageant career including the Dreamer Award for her political aspirations, the Woman on the Move award from the Theta Mu chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for being an ambassador for mental health during her reign as Miss Phi Beta Sigma Iota Pi, and a citation from the Arkansas House of Representatives for her community advocacy as Miss Arkansas Earth.

After graduating she joined Arkansas Teacher Corps. She is now teaching kindergarten at Anna Strong Learning Academy and is happy to be back in her hometown to give back the community. In her free time Klein enjoys reading, pageantry, traveling, and working on her platform #BlackMentalHealthMatters.
